But not only that, G2A even openly encouraged the same news outlets to publish reports of sponsored content with absolutely zero disclosure.

With inability to handle criticism, this happened that in July 8, 2019, G2A sent emails to 10 news outlets, trying to bribe them to say positive things about the site.

It's 100% false, according to Mike Rose who ranted them, as these AAA games sell more and more due to their high price tags, aggressive competitive marketing and always come to be released on almost every game platforms such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC and Mac. Statistically, only 8% of them are indie titles". They're so unbelievably unintelligent by claiming in that "around a million games are sold each month on G2A Marketplace.

With the purchasing system being a complete joke, it's very very ridiculously easy to buy keys for one game in a bulk using a single account before to practice free give aways for said keys. The company is also complete joke as they're liars, as in an official statement made by the company shortly after a big controversy, they even claimed that they're working with Google to fix the ad issue, but if you google for "Descenders", G2A's ads will still be up on the top page. This proves that company can freely reject proofs as "unconvincing" or just simply shrug them off whenever they feel like it. G2A also promises to pay developers 10 times the money they lost from illegitimate key sales in chargebacks, but only if they found in that they have proof of it happening. The company itself cannot handle criticism at all, as they also openly ACCUSE Mike Rose on Facebook for "being a liar, not making contact with them and making up s. The site's purchasing system is a complete joke because some of the keys sold on G2A could either be purchased by STOLEN credit cards or GENERATED by fake key generators!Įven if any developer discovers that you're using a fake or stolen key from G2A, you would be unable to activate the said key as it'd be automatically deactivated and also completely invalidating your G2A purchase. The store even blatantly encourages a practice that is illegal in several countries where game keys are often deceptively sold with so-called "discounts" applied, but in the fact that they were sold at their "discounted" prices and have never sold at the original displayed price tag.

As a result, even literally anyone, EVEN shady scammers can sell FAKE KEYS for quick profits on the site! There's no evidence of the validation of game keys on G2A. They have gotten so bad that some indie developers even encouraged gamers to PIRATE games instead of buying from G2A. In the real fact, the stolen key sales cause more trouble for the developers more often. To get the elephant out of the room, the website openly allows reselling of STOLEN game keys without a good reason of giving any profit to the developers.
